Meet Dr Nicole Harvey

I am a fully qualified Psychologist with years of experience in the NHS and private practice.
I help clients struggling with anxiety, depression, feelings of stress and overwhelm, relationship and interpersonal difficulties, intense emotions, self-harm, personality difficulties, and complex trauma.
I use an integrative approach, drawing on evidence-based therapies including Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Mentalisation-Based Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy techniques to develop an intervention tailored specifically to you. I truly believe in the importance of the therapeutic relationship and collaboration between client and therapist to achieve the best outcomes. You are the expert on your own life.
I currently see all my clients online using video conferencing software. No matter where you are, I hope that together we can help you feel safe to explore whatever is troubling you.

Most (good!) psychologists have been through this process themselves. We know how daunting it can be to take the first steps towards change. I promise to make every effort to ensure that you feel as safe as possible throughout our time together. This also means going at a pace that works for you.

Services We Offer
One-to-one therapy
On-going therapy will start with an assessment of your difficulties and goals. An assessment will usually take 2-3 sessions. Following this, we will begin our treatment sessions. Your weekly therapy slot will be held just for you, and each session will last 50 minutes.
